MOTOR ACCIDENT INSURANCE ACT 1994 - SECT 109

109 Special provision about financial years

For this Act, the period commencing on 1 July 2000 and ending on 30 September 2000 and the period commencing on 1 October 2000 and ending on 30 June 2001 are taken to be separate financial years.
