Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the subsequent service agreement has not been entered into between the executive officer and board at least 1 month before the existing service agreement is to end.
(2) The executive officer must immediately inform the Minister of the circumstances mentioned in subsection (1).
(3) The Minister may give the executive officer or board written directions to take particular steps in relation to the subsequent service agreement.
(4) Without limiting subsection (3), a direction may be about the subsequent service agreement's terms.
(5) The executive officer or board must immediately comply with the directions.
