MEDICAL BOARD (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2006 - SECT 3

(1) The main object of this Act is to establish administrative arrangements to help the board to perform its functions.

(2) The object is primarily achieved by establishing the Office of the Medical Board of Queensland.
