Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may give the executive officer a written direction about the administration and operation of the office if the Minister is satisfied it is necessary to give the direction in the public interest.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), a direction may be to provide reports and information.
(3) The executive officer must comply with the direction.
