MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2000 - SECT 162

162 Prohibited treatment

A person must not administer to another person—

(a) insulin induced coma therapy; or
(b) deep sleep therapy.

Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
