Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf the director of public prosecutions decides the proceedings against the patient for the offence are to be discontinued, the chief executive for justice must give written notice of the decision to—
(a) the registrar of the court in which the proceedings would have continued; and
(b) the patient; and
(c) the patient's allied person; and
(d) if the patient is a child, the chief executive for young people.
