Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A police officer, correctional officer or detention centre officer may take the patient from the place of custody to the treating health service.
(2) A correctional officer or detention centre officer may exercise the power under subsection (1) with the help, and using the minimum force, that is necessary and reasonable in the circumstances.
