Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf assessment documents are not made for a person the subject of an emergency examination order at the end of the examination time for the person, the administrator of the authorised mental health service to which the person was taken for examination must, as soon as practicable—
(a) make arrangements for the person's return to the place from which the person was taken for the examination or for the person to be taken to another place the person reasonably asks to be taken; and
(b) give to the director—
(i) notice in the approved form; and
(ii) a copy of the order.
