MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2000 - SECT 498A
498A Administrator's obligation to ensure policies and practice guidelines are given effect
The administrator of an authorised mental health service must ensure any
relevant policies and practice guidelines about the treatment and care of
patients issued by the director under this Act are given effect.
