Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a patient is transferred to an authorised mental health service under—
(a) an order made under section 166 or 167; or
(b) an order of the tribunal or Mental Health Court.
(2) While the person is a forensic patient, the forensic order relating to the person—
(a) continues to apply to the person; and
(b) is to be read with any changes necessary to give it effect, subject to the order mentioned in subsection (1), in relation to the person's treatment or care under this Act.
