Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A home owner for the residential park who considers the proposal, or any part of it, is unreasonable may object to the proposal by notice given to the park owner before the objection closing day.
(2) The objection must give particulars of why the proposal is considered to be unreasonable.
