Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A zoning plan for a marine park in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this section continues in force, subject to the Statutory Instruments Act 1992, part 7.
(2) The plan is taken to be approved under section 21.
(3) The plan—
(a) is to be read with the changes necessary to make it consistent with, and adapt its operation to, this Act; and
(b) may be amended or repealed under this Act.
