Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies to the declaration of a temporary restricted area in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this section.
(2) The declaration—
(a) continues in force, subject to section 96; and
(b) is taken to have been made under part 6, division 2; and
(c) is to be read with the changes necessary to make it consistent with, and adapt its operation to, this Act.
