Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to the board in the performance of its functions relating to registration under section 11(a) and (b).
(2) The board must act promptly.
(3) The board must have simple and flexible processes that are easy for applicants to use.
(4) The board must act under subsections (2) and (3) in a way that is consistent with a proper consideration of the issues involved, with the objects of this Act and with the way it is required to act under section 12.
