Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the board reasonably believes the conditions imposed by the board on a special purpose registration under this Act are no longer necessary or desirable for the registrant to competently and safely undertake the activity the subject of the registration.
(2) The board must decide to remove the conditions.
(3) The board must give the registrant notice of the decision as soon as practicable after it is made.
(4) The removal takes effect when notice of the decision is given to the registrant and does not depend on a new certificate of special purpose registration being issued to the registrant under section 150A(4).
