Queensland Consolidated ActsEach of the following is a ground for cancelling a non-practising registration--
(a) the registrant has been convicted of an indictable offence;
(b) the registrant has been convicted of an offence against this Act, the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Act 1999 or a corresponding law;
(c) the registrant has contravened the condition of registration mentioned in section 150H;
(d) the registration happened because the board was given, by the registrant or someone else, information or a document that--
(i) was materially false, within the meaning given by section 273(1), at the time it was given; or
(ii) became materially false, within the meaning given by section 273(1), after it was given.
