Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, there was in effect a decision by the Minister, under section 17C(2) of the repealed Act, that there is an unmet area of need relating to a medical service.
(2) The decision is taken to be a decision by the Minister under section 135 that there is an area of need for a medical service.
