Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, there was in force an appointment by the board of one of the following persons as an inspector under the pre-amended Act--
(a) the executive officer under the Health Practitioner Registration Boards (Administration) Act 1999;
(b) a member of the staff of the office under the Health Practitioner Registration Boards (Administration) Act 1999.
(2) Despite section 201(b) and (c), the appointment continues in force.
(3) In this section--
commencement means commencement of this section.
pre-amended Act means this Act as in force before the commencement of the Medical Board (Administration) Act 2006, section 42 and schedule 1.
