4 The legislative scheme

This Act is part of a legislative scheme (the legislative scheme) consisting of the health practitioner registration Acts, the Health Practitioner Registration Boards (Administration) Act 1999, the Medical Board (Administration) Act 2006 and the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Act 1999.
