Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the board decides to cancel a general registration and gives an information notice for the decision to the registrant.
(2) The registrant must return the certificate of general registration to the board within 14 days after receiving the information notice, unless the registrant has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--10 penalty units.
