Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrant to whom the conditions relate may apply to the board for a review of the conditions.
(2) However, the application must not be made--
(a) during the review period applying to the conditions; or
(b) while a review by QCAT of the decision to impose the conditions is pending.
(3) The application must--
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(4) The approved form must require the registrant to state--
(a) that the registrant believes the conditions are no longer appropriate; and
(b) the reason for the registrant's belief.
(5) The board must consider the application and make a decision under section 104.
