Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may by gazette notice declare an area of land to be a mining district.
(2) The notice must—
(a) state the name of the mining district; and
(b) give a description, by map or otherwise, of the location and boundaries of the mining district.
