MINERAL RESOURCES ACT 1989 - SECT 119

119 Hearing procedures

(1) In deciding an appeal, the Land Court—

(a) is not bound by the rules of evidence; and

(b) must observe natural justice.

(2) An appeal is by way of rehearing.
