Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAn exploration permit granted by the Minister must be in the approved form and state the following information—
(a) the identification number of the permit;
(b) the name of the holder;
(c) the address for service of notices on the holder;
(d) the description of land for which the permit is granted;
(e) the term and date of commencement of the permit;
(f) the conditions, other than conditions prescribed by this Act, to which the permit is subject;
(g) the minerals the subject of the permit;
(h) the programs of works and studies to be carried out under the permit.
