Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA mineral development licence granted by the Minister must be in the approved form and state the following information—
(a) the identification number of the licence;
(b) the name of the holder;
(c) the address for service of notices on the holder;
(d) the description of land for which the licence is granted;
(e) the term and date of commencement of the licence;
(f) the conditions, other than conditions prescribed by this Act, to which the licence is subject;
(g) the minerals the subject of the licence.
