Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The mining registrar may give an applicant for renewal of a mining lease a notice requiring the applicant to give the mining registrar information the mining registrar reasonably requires to assess the application.
(2) If the information is not given to the mining registrar within the reasonable period stated in the notice, the Minister may refuse the application.
