MINERAL RESOURCES ACT 1989 - SECT 318DZ

318DZ Ministerial approval of proposed plan

(1) The Minister must decide whether to approve the applicant's proposed development plan for the proposed mining lease.

(2) If the proposed plan is not approved the application must be rejected.
