Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of a prospecting permit may, at any time before the expiration of its term, by notice in writing to the mining registrar surrender the permit.
(2) The mining registrar must, within 5 business days after the mining registrar is given the notice, give a copy of it to the EPA administering authority.
