Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsExcept as otherwise provided in this Act or any other Act relating to mining, the provisions of the Recreation Areas Management Act 2006 or of any other Act shall not operate to restrict the entry of persons on land under the authority of any mining tenement or other authority granted under this Act or any other Act relating to mining.
