Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Apart from the mining registrar, anyone given notice of a conference about an application for a mining claim or a mining claim (a section 65 conference) may attend and take part in the conference.
(2) Also, with the mining registrar's approval, someone else may be present to help a person attending the conference.
(3) However, a person may not be represented at the conference by a lawyer.
