Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may give all directions necessary or convenient for the purpose of the exercise by the State or another entity of its powers under this part.
(2) An entity mentioned in subsection (1) given a direction under the subsection must comply with the direction and must not authorise any act or omission contrary to the direction.
