MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGISTS REGISTRATION ACT 2001 - SECT 219
219 Destruction of health records
(1) This section applies if the board destroys a health record under section
218(2)(d).
(2) Compensation is not recoverable against the board because of
the destruction of the record.
