Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if—
(a) a person is a provisional general registrant in a profession; and
(b) the board decides to register the person as a general registrant in the profession.
(2) The provisional general registration is cancelled when the person receives a certificate of general registration under section 52(1).
(3) The general registration—
(a) is taken to have started from the day the person was registered as a provisional general registrant in the profession; and
(b) is subject to the probationary conditions to which the provisional general registration was subject.
(4) The probationary conditions are taken to have been imposed under section 57(2)(a).
