Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the board decides to renew the applicant's general registration, it must as soon as practicable issue a new certificate of general registration to the applicant.
(2) If the board decides to refuse to renew the applicant's general registration, it must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
(3) Without affecting section 78(2), if the board decides to renew the applicant's general registration, the renewed general registration is subject to the conditions attaching to the registration immediately before the decision takes effect, including, for example, probationary conditions.
