Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A document made by the Authority, other than a document that is required to be sealed, is sufficiently made if it is signed by the chairperson or a person authorised by the Authority.
(2) A document made by the Authority under seal is sufficiently made under seal if it is sealed in the way authorised under section 27(1) and signed by the chairperson or a person authorised by the Authority.
