Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to the use of a major sports facility for a special event prescribed under a regulation.
(2) The use of the facility for the event is a lawful use of the facility, despite the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, any provision of the relevant planning scheme, any development approval or compliance permit under that Act relating to the facility and any condition attached to the approval or permit.
(3) A regulation may prescribe conditions on the use of the facility for the event.
