Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to compliance with the conditions of the relevant development approval, other than the relevant development approval condition, the use of Suncorp Stadium for no more than 24 major sport events each year is a lawful use of the facility.
(2) Subsection (1) applies despite the relevant development approval condition, the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, any provision of the relevant planning scheme, any development approval or compliance permit under that Act relating to the facility and any condition attached to the approval or permit.
