MAJOR SPORTS FACILITIES ACT 2001 - SECT 33

33 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may provide for all matters necessary for the implementation of a declaration, or the revocation of a declaration, of a major sports facility.
