MAJOR SPORTS FACILITIES ACT 2001 - SECT 6
6 Legal status of Authority
(1) The Authority—
(a) is a body corporate; and
(b) has a seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(2) The Authority does not
represent the State.
