Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar of titles or other person responsible for keeping a register for dealings in property must, if asked by MSQ in the appropriate form, and on payment of any fee, record in the register, for any property vested in MSQ, the change of name of MSQ from 'Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland' to 'Maritime Safety Queensland'.
(2) In this section--
registrar of titles means a public official or authority responsible for registering title to land and dealings affecting land.
