MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 12

(1) The community plan—

(a) is a plan that subdivides the site into lots; or

(b) comprises a number of plans that subdivide the site into lots.

(2) These lots are called community development lots and community property lots.

(3) There must be—

(a) at least 1 community development lot; and

(b) at least 1 community property lot.
