Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Precinct property lots are shared by, and are property that is common to, owners of precinct development lots.
(2) Precinct property lots—
(a) usually provide access to the precinct development lots; but
(b) may contain improvements.
