Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsDespite the Fire and Rescue Service Act 1990 or any other Act relating to fire safety, but without compromising the principles of fire safety in those Acts, in issuing a fire safety approval for a building within the site, the relevant fire authority and fire safety officer must take into account—
(a) this Act; and
(b) the physical structure of the building as opposed to its title boundaries; and
(c) the kinds of subdivision permitted by this Act; and
(d) any management statement regulating the building and its site under part 6; and
(e) other matters relating to fire safety approvals for buildings situated within the site that may be prescribed by regulation.
