Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An approved code of practice is admissible as evidence in disciplinary proceedings brought by the council against a nurse, midwife or other person authorised to practise nursing.
(2) The code may only be used to provide evidence, in the disciplinary proceedings, of appropriate professional conduct or nursing practice.
