Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person (the first person) must not aid, abet, counsel, procure or induce a nurse, midwife or other person authorised to practise nursing to engage in conduct the first person is aware, or ought reasonably be aware, is conduct forming the basis for a ground for disciplinary action.
Maximum penalty--1000 penalty units.
(2) To remove doubt, it is declared that a nurse, midwife or other person authorised to practise nursing may be induced by threats or promises.
