NURSING ACT 1992 - SECT 13

(1) Subject to subsection (2), meetings of the council are to be held at such times and places as the council determines.

(2) The chairperson--

(a) may at any time convene a meeting; and

(b) must convene a meeting when requested by 7 or more members.
