NURSING ACT 1992 - SECT 15

At a meeting of the council--

(a) 7 members constitute a quorum; and

(b) a question is to be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting; and

(c) the member presiding has a deliberative vote and, if the votes are equal, also has a casting vote.
