NURSING ACT 1992 - SECT 5

5 Crown bound

(1) This Act binds the Crown.

(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.

(3) However, subsection (2) does not prevent an officer, employee or agent of the Crown from being prosecuted for an offence.
