(a) threatened or near threatened wildlife; or
(b) a protected wildlife habitat that is, in the Minister’s opinion, a critical habitat; or
(c) an area of major interest; or
(d) a protected area;is subject to a threatening process that is likely to have significant detrimental effect on the wildlife, habitat or area, the Minister may make an interim conservation order for the conservation, protection or management of the wildlife, habitat or area.
