118 Approval of final management plan

(1) The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, approve a final management plan.

(2) The gazette notice must state—

(a) where a copy of the management plan is available for inspection; and

(b) if, immediately before the approval of the management plan, a management statement is in effect for the area—the management statement ceases to have effect on the day the management plan takes effect.
